- You may have never heard this before, but human strength gain can be accurately predicted to reach predetermined results on dependable timetables if: 1. strength testing is 1st done to determine your actual current capacity, and then 2. your plan is created from your strength test results using integrated text book Exercise Science rules, guidelines, and formulas. That's what BioFitness for Seniors does. BioFitness for Seniors, prepares your strength test details (accurate to 1/2 lb / kg) so you can test yourself. Then creates your exercise plan, (accurate to 1/2 lb / kg) with predetemined gain.
- The vertical leap is the single movement used by most Olympic athletes and Weightlifters for developing the total body coordinated core strength. The High Pull and it's variations is a vertical leap done with Free Weight,so the feet never leave the ground. The High Pull and it's variations can be done progressive, so it is safe. The High Pull is full body coordinated strength.

- Free Weight is the only equipment that allows planning accurate to 1/2 lb / kg, making it the safest and most versatile strength tool. Fractional weight disks are available at the store.
Important Directions for testing your Capacity
- For assured strength and health results you only need to do one (recommended) Full Body exercise 3 times a week, which should take 15 to 20 minutes 3 times per week.
- For variety you should switch the one Full Body exercise for another Full Body exercise every month.
