Revolutionizing Strength Training:

BIOFITNESS INSTITUTE'S
INDIVIDUALIZED SCIENTIFIC APPROACH

black tick iconBioFitness for Sports is a novel approach to athletic Strength Training, using the proven principle that the stronger fresher athlete has the competitive edge. Although BioFitness PRISM A.I. works with all exercises and equipment, it preserves energy by promoting the High Pull, which is a single total body exercise...done all at once...saving time!

See White Papers: What’s Been Discovered & Sports Fatigue & Summary.

black tick iconBioFitness for Sports reduces the time needed to make total body Strength gains, by using the High Pull, in Strength Training, to conserve energy for use in the primary event, on the field in competition...where it counts. BioFitness for Sports calls this Managed Strength CareTM producing quicker results in total body strength, as compared to old fashioned, time consuming and fatiguing, multi-exercise isolated-body-part training.

black tick iconBioFitness for Sports has it all, including each specific detail to follow! It's a scientifically Periodized safe plan, accurate to 1/2 lb / kg...designed with max gain built-in. The athlete does a single exercise, 15 minutes - per session - enabling them to optimize strength gain year-round, Off Season, Preseason, and In Season.

black tick iconThe difference between BioFitness PRISM A.I. for sports, and other systems for sports, is that the BioFitness PRISM A.I. system predicts the absolute optimized strength gain, ahead of time...then builds the personalized strength performance plan, to reach the increased gain, on a scheduled and assured timetable...planning the details in advance...with the exact number of Sets, Repetitions, and Weight(s) for doing day-by-day, to reach a guaranteed, on-time safe success.

The High Pull is a large % of the major muscles of the body. The "triple extension" of the ankle, knee and hip joints involve the calf plantar flexor muscles (gastroc and soleus), knee extensors (quadriceps), and hip extensors (hamstrings and gluts). The torso is stabilized by the quadratus lumborum and spinal erectors. The traps control the final "shrug" with the deltoids and elbow flexors assisting.

You also have muscles active isometrically to maintain the grip on the bar. Most of the above are muscle groups, so if you count them individually you have dozens of muscles throughout the body involved in the high pull. Thus, I call it a total body exercise.
